Creamy Orange Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. graham cracker crumbs
    3 Tbsp. butter, melted
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/4 c. butter
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. flour
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. orange rind
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. orange juice
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Combine crumbs, 3 tablespoons sugar and 3 tablespoons butter; press onto bottom of a spring-form pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Combine softened cream cheese, 1/4 cup butter, 1/2 cup sugar and 1/4 cup flour, mixing at medium speed until well blended.
    Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each one. Blend in milk, vanilla and rind.
    Pour over crust.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
