Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            2 lb. sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
 
1 c. sugar
1 c. white vinegar
3 stalks celery, chopped
2 medium green peppers, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
8 oz. pitted ripe olives, sliced
Preparation
- 
                            Combine all ingredients in large bowl; cover and chill several hours or overnight.
