Venus Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion
4 c. hot water
18 oz. can tomato sauce or puree
1 small can chickpeas
1 can zucchini
1 (16 oz.) can mixed veggies
1/2 c. elbow macaroni
Preparation

Saute meat with onion for 10 minutes or until meat is browned. Add remaining ingredients all together, mixing well.
In a deep saucepan on medium heat, stir occasionally for 10 to 15 minutes or until macaroni is tender.
Serves about 6 to 8.
Season to taste.
