Hot Kippered Salmon - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (2 lb. each) salmon fillets
pepper to taste
2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
4 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. plus 2 tsp. brown sugar
Preparation

Place fillets skin side down, side by side, in greased shallow baking pan.
Sprinkle with salt, pepper and brown sugar.
Drizzle with the liquid smoke.
Cover and refrigerate 4 to 8 hours.
Drain any liquid.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.
Yield:
8 servings.
