Low-Fat Apricot Bars - cooking recipe

1 c. flour
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. cardamon
1/2 c. apricot nectar
1/4 c. applesauce
1 egg
1/2 c. dried apricots, chopped
Preparation

Stir flour, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda and cardamon; set aside.
Stir apricot nectar, applesauce and egg until combined.
Add to dry ingredients.
Stir in dried apricots. Spread in 11 x 7-inch baking pan, ungreased.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
