Breakfast Casserole Cheese Dish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 slices white sandwich bread
butter
1/4 lb. English Cheddar cheese
2 c. ham
5 eggs
1 pt. milk
Preparation

Butter 8 slices of bread.
Sprinkle with cheese (cubed or grated) and the ham.
(Be liberal with the cheese!) Grease pan. Spread sprinkled buttered bread over bottom of pan.
Beat eggs into milk.
Pour over cheese and bread.
Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve immediately.
