Geoff'S Jiffy Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can pie filling (apple, cherry or blueberry)
    1 (9 oz.) pkg. yellow cake mix
    1 stick margarine (1/4 lb.)
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Empty can of pie filling into 6 x 10-inch buttered Pyrex dish. Sprinkle dry cake mix over this just as it comes out of package. Do not pat down.
    Melt butter and drizzle it over all.
    Sprinkle nuts over the top and bake for 1 hour in a 350\u00b0 oven.
    Cut into squares and serve warm with ice cream.
    Tasty last minute dessert.
