Chop Suey Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. Minute rice
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
3 stalks celery, cut up
1 large onion, chopped
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
4 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation

Put Minute rice and boiling water into casserole (2 to 3 quart) dish and let stand 15 minutes.
Brown meat, onion and celery.
Place in casserole over rice.
Mix together soy sauce, brown sugar and soup; pour over meat.
Mix well and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
