Pineapple Sour Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 baked pie shell
    1 large box vanilla instant pudding
    2 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
Preparation
    Mix pudding and pineapple with juice, sour cream, vanilla and sugar in a deep bowl; beat for one minute on lowest speed.
    Pour into a pie shell and chill.
    Top with Cool Whip or whipped cream.
