Spinach Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    1 c. dry bread crumbs
    1 egg, beaten or 1/4 c. egg substitute
    1/4 c. minced onion
    1 small clove garlic, minced
    1/4 c. margarine, melted
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook spinach according to package directions and drain well. Combine with other ingredients.
    Form into 1-inch balls and place on lightly greased cookie sheet.
    Chill several hours.
    Bake in 325\u00b0 oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
    (May be frozen before baking.) Makes approximately 36 balls.
