Breaded Tofu Cutlets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. (4-piece) tofu
    1/3 c. flour
    1 egg, lightly beaten
    oil (for deep frying)
    3/4 c. bread crumbs
    salt
Preparation
    Drain water and cut each piece of tofu lengthwise, then crosswise.
    Place between absorbent paper towels and allow to dry for several minutes.
    Gently dust tofu, one piece at a time, with flour, then dip in egg and roll in bread crumbs.
    Allow to dry for 10 to 15 minutes; top off an excess crumbs.
