Rice Griddle Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cooked rice
    1 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Mix rice, milk, butter, well-beaten egg and salt.
    Gradually add and stir in the well-sifted flour and baking powder.
    Mix well.
    Spoon out and bake on hot, slightly greased griddle.
