Carrot Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups smashed cooked carrots
    1 cup sugar
    1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
    3 eggs, beaten
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    1/4 tsp. allspice
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients into mixing bowl, stir well.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Bake 15 minutes at 400 degrees, bake additional 45 minutes at 350 degrees until firm filling.
    Cool.
