Healthy Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken
    1 onion, peeled and quartered
    1 stalk celery
    1 carrot, peeled and quartered
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 whole bay leaf
Preparation
    Simmer first 7 ingredients in a large stock pot with 3 quarts of water until chicken is fork-tender.
    Cool.
    Refrigerate. Remove all fat from surface of chicken stock.
    Remove bones from chicken.
    Set meat to side.
    Remove and throw away any vegetables you don't want.
    Use this stock and meat in combination with noodles, rice or vegetables for the healthiest soup possible.
