Carrot Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked, mashed carrots
    2 slightly beaten eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. sugar or brown sugar
    1/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Place in a buttered casserole pan or a buttered mold.
    Set in a pan of hot water and bake in a moderate oven (350\u00b0) until firm, about 45 minutes.
    Turn out of pan and surround with hot, buttered peas.
