Louise'S Spoon Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. water
    1 c. white corn meal
    1 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Mix water and corn meal and bring slowly to the boiling point. Cook five minutes. Add milk, butter, salt and well beaten eggs. Beat thoroughly and bake in a well-greased pan for 25 minutes in a moderately hot oven. Serve from same dish with a spoon.
