Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes, slightly thawed
    1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    salt and pepper
    1 stick margarine or butter, melted
    1/2 c. chopped onion (optional)
    8 to 10 oz. cheese, grated
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Bake 1 hour at 375\u00b0 or until bubbly throughout.
