Aunt Agnes' Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. corn oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. shredded carrots
    1 c. nuts, chopped
    7 oz. coconut
    1 small can pineapple and juice
Preparation
    Mix oil, sugar and eggs.
    Add dry ingredients and mix well. Add balance of ingredients.
    Bake in a 9 x 12-inch pan for 55 to 60 minutes at 375\u00b0.
