Ingredients

3 eggs
1/4 c. granulated sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1 c. flour
Preparation

Stir ingredients until smooth.
Add one more cup of milk.
Melt dab of oleo in hot large frypan.* Put about 1/4 cup of batter into pan.
Swirl batter to cover bottom of pan (pancake will be thin). Fry until lightly brown, then brown other side.
(This doesn't take very long.)
Roll pancake over knife blade.
Keep warm on plate over pan of boiling water.
Serve with butter, syrup or preserves.
