Garlic Cheese Grits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. quick cooking grits
    1 tsp. salt
    4 c. water
    1 stick butter
    1 (6 oz.) roll garlic cheese
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    bread crumbs or grated cheese for topping
Preparation
    Add grits and salt to water and cook until thick.
    Cool 15 minutes.
    Melt margarine and cheese roll and add to grits.
    Beat eggs with milk and slowly stir into grits.
    Pour into a greased 2-quart casserole and top with crumbs or cheese.
    Bake for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
