Holiday Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. candied cherries (red and green)
    1/2 lb. candied pineapple, chopped
    4 c. chopped pecans
    box light brown sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 lb. creamy butter
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat eggs one at a time.
    Add sugar, butter and flavoring. Put salt and soda in sifted flour.
    Remove 1 cup flour to roll pecans and fruits in before combining in cake.
    Add floured fruits and nuts and mix well.
    Pour into a greased and floured Bundt or round cake pan.
    Bake 3 hours at 250\u00b0.
