Lasagne - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground chuck
28 oz. can tomatoes, chopped
1 large onion
8 oz. cottage cheese
1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese
garlic, salt and pepper to taste
Parmesan cheese
1 small can tomato paste and 3 cans water
1 small box lasagne noodles
Preparation

Brown ground chuck and onion; drain.
Add tomatoes and tomato paste, pepper, garlic, salt and Parmesan cheese.
Cook on low for 30 to 45 minutes.
Cook noodles while waiting for sauce.
Add cottage cheese after cooking.
Cover casserole dish with noodles and Mozzarella cheese.
Keep layering sauce and cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
