Marinated Artichoke Hearts With Pasta In A Creamy Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) jar marinated hearts
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. dried basil
    1/2 c. sour cream (fat-free)
    1/2 c. cottage cheese (fat-free)
    salt and pepper
    Kayan cheese to taste
    1 onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, chopped
Preparation
    Pour liquid from hearts into skillet.
    Add oil, butter, onion and garlic; saute until soft.
    Add hearts and basil and cook for five minutes (you may wish to cut hearts in half).
    Take off heat and stir in remaining ingredients.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Pour onto 1/2 to 3/4 pound cooked pasta and mix completely.
