Breaded Veal Cutlets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. veal (round)
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. dry bread crumbs
    2 slightly beaten eggs
    2 Tbsp. water
    6 Tbsp. fat
    1 c. milk
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Dip veal into egg mixture; then crumbs.
    Brown in hot fat. Pour over milk, mixed with soup, in baking dish.
    Cover; bake in slow oven at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
