Pork Chops And Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. long grain wild rice
8 oz. bacon
1/2 c. raisins
1/3 c. water
1/2 to 3/4 c. margarine
3/4 c. onion
1 1/2 c. celery
grilled or broiled pork chops
Preparation
-
Cook rice per directions on the box.
Cook the bacon and crumble it.
Combine the raisins and water.
Saute celery and onion for 10 minutes.
Combine all items and lay pork chops on top.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
