Green Pepper Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 c. buttermilk
    2/3 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. self-rising corn meal
    1/2 c. thin sliced onion
    1/3 c. chopped green pepper
Preparation
    Combine eggs, buttermilk and oil; mix well.
    Stir into corn meal until moist.
    Add remaining ingredients and stir.
    Pour into greased 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 3-inch loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
