Banana Cake(Large) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. butter
2 c. mashed bananas
2 Tbsp. vanilla
2 c. cake flour or more
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder (in flour)

Preparation

Mix thoroughly the eggs, sugar and butter.
Add bananas; mix well.
Add vanilla and cake flour.
Mixture must be quite thick, so add more flour, if not thick enough.
Add baking powder with flour.
