Broccoli Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. sweet pickle relish
1 tsp. sugar
salt and pepper to taste
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. sliced green onions with tops
2 pkg. (10 oz. each) frozen cut broccoli, thawed and drained
Preparation

In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, relish, sugar, salt and pepper. Add celery and onion; mix well.
Add broccoli and toss gently. Chill until serving.
Yields 6 to 8 servings.
