Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 oz. crushed, unsweetened pineapple, drained
    2 pkg. unflavored gelatin
    1/2 c. hot water
    1 scant tsp. Sweet 'N Low
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 1/3 c. skim milk (powdered, nonfat)
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. butter flavoring
Preparation
    Place drained pineapple in blender with half of juice.
    Add gelatin and hot water.
    Blend 2 minutes.
    Add dry milk and remainder of juice, sweetener, vanilla, butter flavoring and lemon juice.
    Blend
    3 minutes.
    Pour in 10-inch pan.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon and allow to set 1 hour, at least.
    Cut into 8 pieces.
