Baked Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts, boned
    1 c. sour cream
    1 can mushroom soup
    1/2 c. sherry or less
    1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Place chicken breasts in casserole.
    Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken.
    Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.
    Remove from refrigerator 1 hour before baking.
    Bake 1 1/2 hours, covered.
    Remove foil and bake 15 more minutes, letting chicken brown.
