Salmon Patties Ole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can (15 1/2 oz.) salmon, drained and flaked
    1 c. prepared mashed potatoes
    1/4 c. diced green chilies
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    1 egg
    3 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Combine salmon, potatoes, chilies, onion and egg.
    Form into patties.
    Pan-fry in butter over medium heat until golden brown, turning when needed.
