Raisin-Carrot Salad(Serves 8) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. seedless raisins
    1 1/2 c. shredded carrots
    1/2 c. celery, finely chopped
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
    pinch of salt
    dash cayenne
    4 Tbsp. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Rinse raisins in hot water; drain.
    Cool and combine with remaining ingredients.
    Chill and serve on crisp lettuce.
