Number 1 German Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cabbage, shredded
    7/8 c. sugar
    1 small onion
    1/2 c. Crisco oil
    3/4 c. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 tsp. mustard seed
Preparation
    Cover the first 3 ingredients and let stand for 15 minutes. Combine the remaining ingredients and boil.
    Pour over the cabbage and let stand.
