Japanese Fruit Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter, melted
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. raisins
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. coconut
    1/2 c. pecans
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Mix butter, sugar, and eggs.
    Add vanilla and vinegar.
    Fold in coconut, raisins, and nuts.
    Bake in unbaked pie shell at 300\u00b0 for 40-45 minutes.
