Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 c. meal
2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 chopped onion
1 jar pimento, chopped
4 to 6 jalapeno peppers, chopped
1 c. grated cheese
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Pour into hot, greased skillet and bake at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
