Microwave Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (1 lb.) box powdered sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. milk
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1/2 c. (1/4 lb.) butter
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

In microwave, in 1 1/2-quart casserole, stir powdered sugar, cocoa, salt, milk and vanilla together.
Mixture will be thick, so you may only partially blend together.
Put sliced butter on top, centering it on mixture.
Microwave on High for 2 minutes.
Dish will feel warm on the bottom.
Stir vigorously until smooth. Blend in the nuts.
Pour into wax paper lined 8 x 8-inch square pan.
Chill well and cut into squares.
