Sausage And Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Italian sausage
    2 Tbsp. water
    2 large green peppers
    1 medium onion
    2 cloves minced garlic
    1 (11 oz.) can Campbell's zesty tomato soup
    1 can water
    1 tsp. vinegar
    rice
Preparation
    In covered skillet over medium heat, cook sausage chunks in 2 tablespoons of water for 5 minutes.
    Uncover and cook until sausage is brown on all sides.
    Add green peppers, cut into strips, sliced onion, separated into rings and minced garlic to sausage in skillet; cook until peppers are tender, but crisp. Stir frequently.
    Spoon off fat.
    Stir in soup, 1 can of water and vinegar.
    Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 10 minutes.
    Cook rice according to package directions.
    Serve over rice.
