Kraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 or 2 cans chopped kraut
    1 jar pimento
    1 onion
    1 carrot
    1 bell pepper
    3 stalks celery
    2 c. sugar
    1/3 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Chop all vegetables; mix with kraut that has been drained. Mix sugar and vinegar.
    Pour over salad.
    Let set in refrigerator for 24 hours.
    Drain.
    May keep for week.
