**Christmas Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 c. light cream
    juice of 1 lemon
    1 c. heavy cream, whipped
    1 c. chopped nuts
    2 c. white cherries, pitted
    2 c. pineapple, diced
    2 c. orange sections, cut
    2 c. marshmallows, quartered
Preparation
    Beat eggs until light.
    Gradually add sugar, light cream and lemon juice. Mix; cook in double boiler until smooth and thick, stirring constantly.
    Cool.
    Fold in whipped cream.
    Pour this over fruit mixture, marshmallows and nuts and mix lightly.
    Chill at least 24 hours before serving.
    Serves 10 to 12.
