Porridge Pie(Handy For Picnic Lunches, Or For Entertaining Friends.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. milk
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. grated tasty cheese
    1 c. rolled oats
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
    1/4 tsp. dried mixed herbs or 1/2 tsp. chopped mixed fresh herbs
    1 x 250 gram pot cottage cheese
    1 x 185 gram tin tuna
    3 to 4 leaves spinach and 8 mushrooms (can substitute cabbage, celery, spring onion, etc.)
    1 large carrot
    1 onion
    2 tomatoes (fresh or tinned)
    1/4 c. grated tasty cheese (extra)
Preparation
    Lightly beat milk and eggs together in a large bowl. Add first measure of cheese, rolled oats, salt, pepper, herbs and cottage cheese. Drain and flake tuna. Add to bowl. Wash and chop the spinach. Wash and slice the mushrooms.
    Peel and grate the carrot. Peel and chop the onion.
    Blanch the tomatoes and chop.
    Add spinach, mushrooms, carrot, onion and tomatoes.
    Mix thoroughly. Put in ovenproof dish.
    Sprinkle with second measure of cheese. Bake at 180\u00b0 C (350\u00b0) for 40 to 60 minutes. Serve hot or cold.
