Candied Popcorn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 quarts popcorn (popped)
2 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
2 sticks butter
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation

Keep popped popcorn in oven at 200 - 250 degrees to keep warm. Boil brown sugar, butter, corn syrup, vanilla and salt for 5 minutes.
Take off stove and add baking soda.
Stir well and add to popcorn in a large oven proof bowl.
Stir well and return to oven for 10 minutes.
Remove from oven.
Stir well and return to oven for another 10 minutes.
Take out of pan and place on waxed paper until cool.
Store in an air tight container.
