Pearl Street'S Chicken And Broccoli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 oz. butter
    2 Tbsp. crushed garlic in oil
    2 tsp. chopped parsley
    1 oz. white wine
    8 oz. boneless chicken breast, cut into strips
    4 oz. broccoli spears
    3 oz. roasted red peppers in strips
    8 oz. rotini, cooked
Preparation
    Cut broccoli in 1-inch pieces.
    Heat butter, garlic and parsley.
    Cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
    Add wine and chicken. Continue cooking over medium heat.
    When chicken is almost done, add broccoli.
    Cook a few minutes more, stirring often, then add peppers.
    Serve over hot, cooked rotini.
    Serves 2.
