Impossible Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
    1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
    2 Tbsp. margarine or butter, softened
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. Bisquick baking mix
    2 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease a 10 x 1 1/2-inch pie plate.
    Beat all ingredients in blender on high speed 1 minute or until smooth. Pour into pie plate.
    Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
    Makes 8 servings.
