Lemon Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine
1/4 c. powdered sugar
1 c. flour
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
grated lemon rind
Preparation
-
Mix first three ingredients with pastry blender.
Spread in greased 8 x 8-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Cover with filling.
