Strawberry Flip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. fresh or frozen strawberries
    1 c. milk
    1 c. crushed ice
    1 to 2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Clean and cut up strawberries.
    Crush ice with an ice crusher (or wrap ice in a dish towel, place on a cutting board and hit it with a hammer).
    Mix all ingredients for 1 minute in a blender or shake well in a covered plastic container.
    Makes 2 servings.
