6 oz. wheat flakes
6 oz. shredded Jarlsberg cheese (reserve 2 Tbsp.)
6 oz. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese (reserve 2 Tbsp.)
1 c. chopped pepper (red)
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. sliced scallions
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 Tbsp. sesame seed
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Spray a 10-inch pizza pan with Pam; set aside.
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, except reserved cheese and sesame seed.
Spread cereal mixture in prepared pan to form a crust; sprinkle top with reserved cheese and seed.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes, until the cheese melts.
Cool on rack at least 10 minutes before cutting into 8 wedges.
