Cavatini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (3 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
    1 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese (12 oz.)
    1 pkg. sliced pepperoni (3 to 5 oz. pkg.)
    1 medium onion, diced
    8 oz. elbow or rotini noodles, cooked and drained
    diced green peppers, salt and pepper and Italian seasoning/oregano (optional)
Preparation
    Brown and drain ground beef.
    Add pepperoni and onion and cook on low for 5 minutes with lid on.
    Add beef mixture to the remainder of ingredients. Mix well in a large bowl.
    Spread evenly into an 8 x 11-inch baking dish and cover with foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
