Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
1 1/2 c. oil
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
3 c. apples, cut into chunks (Granny Smith)
1/2 to 1 c. chopped pecans (optional)

Preparation

Mix eggs, oil and vanilla.
Mix dry ingredients.
Add to mixture.
Add apples and pecans last.
Pour into greased tube pan. Sprinkle lightly with cinnamon sugar.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
