Prune Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. salad oil
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
1 c. coconut
1 c. cooked, chopped prunes
3 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. buttermilk
1 c. pecans
Preparation

Combine oil, eggs and sugar.
Combine flour, salt, soda and spices.
Add to oil mixture.
Add buttermilk, coconut, nuts and prunes.
Pour into greased and floured 9 x 12 1/2 x 2-inch pan. Bake for 40 minutes at 300\u00b0 or until done.
