Green Bean Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    dash of pepper
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 c. sour cream
    2 cans French-style green beans, drained
    grated cheese
    crushed cornflakes
Preparation
    Blend together butter, dash of pepper, flour, sugar and salt. To this mixture, add chopped onion and sour cream.
    Put 2 well drained cans French-style green beans in a buttered baking dish. Cover with sour cream mixture.
    Sprinkle generously with grated cheese.
    Cover with crushed cornflakes and bake 20 minutes at 400\u00b0.
